AHS was established in January 2023 by Robert Warnell. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2017 to advance his career in working with manufacturers of HVAC products. Rob has 20 years of experience in selling products to contractors, distributors, and end users with a focus on providing continuing education to all his customers. Air & Hydronic Specialties is a small manufacturer's representative firm that focuses on HVAC and industrial pipeline (valve) products. AHS proudly represents manufacturers in the Southwestern United States, including Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.
Asa Clements - Outside Sales - Arizona
Asa Clements joins AHS with a background in Sales and Marketing from previous manufacturing positions. He holds an Economics and Latin American Studies degree from Brigham Young University (BYU) – Provo. Asa brings a customer-focused mentality, a strong work ethic, and a determination to get the job done right. He enjoys making epoxy and wood tables, trail running with his dog Stella, and DJing with friends. Asa will serve the State of Arizona and looks forward to learning and growing in a new industry.
Who We Sell To
AHS Believes in a Strong Distribution Network and works with businesses in the PVF Market. Our Distributors Work with Mechanical and Plumbing Contractors, as well as End users to provide the correct product in a timely manner for a multitude of projects. AHS Works with Mechanical and Plumbing Engineers as well as building owners and Facility Managers to design new systems and fix existing system issues.

At AHS, we focus on specialty equipment products that we can market to our customers. Specialty equipment such as Steam and Condensate products, Hydronic Products, All Kinds of Valves, Strainers, Butterfly Valves, Meters, Gauges & Thermometers, and Water/ Waste-Water Valves and Actuators.
